ou have many responsibilities and much aspiration.
et, you live in a time where the pace and tension of daily life can engulf you. The tenor of your inner monologue should never be on that list.
t's time to step into your story; to navigate any gaps you might find between your dreams and your dailies. To ditch the hustle and the headache. To make some decisions about the stories you have etched within you.

I'm Ready!
I'm Ready!
This is the part where I adjust your car seat, scooching it forward just an inch and sliding that driver-side rear window down a tad.
Until...
Perfect top-down hair.
I've been there, I see you and I'm here to walk with you.
No more locks blowing into an unsolvable tangle. No more tendrils slapping your face (and don't tell anyone, but somehow making their way into your mouth).
Just sunshine, open roads, flowing hair and that bottle of Riesling you tossed in the backseat.
Proof that we're all just one small adjustment away from making our lives work.
You can see why I thought of this for you (can't you)?
Yes, Let's Do It!
Then this is the Salon for you!
inding deeper trust within yourself and living out your worth.
eaving behind the days of asking for so little and then being surprised when you get it.
inally being done acting as if you are somehow unqualified for the genius, triumph and abundance waiting within you.

I grew up at my great-grandmother's elbow (yes elbow, who grows up at someone's knee?) hearing the tales of Cú Chulainn and Reynard the Trickster Fox, as I watched her whip up clafoutis, des vol-au-vent au lapin and carrageen moss pudding.
During these hours, I traversed oceans and eons and I learned that stories are identity; they build your world. Mythology and Folklore. Fairy Tales and Legends. These are the narratives that construct the corridors you walk. And as you walk in your own adventures, they come alongside you - as play-mates, friends, confidantes, mentors.
Stories are at once ancient and immediate. In short, they are truth.
And they gift you with a living library - a visceral and incandescent resource, which allows you to navigate any challenge or opportunity you encounter (out there in the woods).
And so, just as my meals became bookended with Ricard and Thompson's, my identity is buttressed by the words of Charles Perrault and Lady Gregory.
Food is what we gather around. A ritual in the rhythm of my life. These moments, these memories are centered around giving my full presence; to others, to myself, to my senses, the now, the here. Moments tethered to the delight and depth of connection.
In a very "You got Gallic in my Gaelic" kind of way, I balance keeping strong the traditions of; harp & hearth, kettle & colcannon, lilt & laughter, Bransfield & Bonny with l'art de vivre inherent in soirées & stationery, grenadine & Gruyère, liberté & La Perla, de Beauvoir & Bardot.
Is it any surprise that the liminal works of Arthur Rackham & the piercing melodic hues of Maxfield Parrish draw me into them and pepper my consciousness?
Growing up listening to Spike Jones murdering the classics, I still enjoy the crackle of a record. Besides is there anything better then the ethereal voice of Julie Fowlis or the Caribbean joie de vivre of zouk, inviting you to twirl barefoot through your living room on those dry shampoo, cold tea, rock-about palazzo days?
I find deep delight within these silhouettes as they whisper invitations across my intuition, overlapping the stark and the enigmatic these shadows demand a spontaneous co-conjuring of the stories behind the screen.
I say Almond Allergy; you say -
I say Bone Orchid; you say -
I say Orange and Banana; you say -
Did we just become best friends?
That we just might've!
